- Email sales@mixedbagdesigns.com your problem. We will send you an authorization code to put on your package.
We cannot accept returns without a authorization code.
- Send the product to us within 30 days of purchase
- Include a copy of the original invoice
- Include information about yourself: name, address, phone number, email address
- State reason for return
- Put everything in one box and send it to us. It's that easy.
